From the deepest darkest depths of Burdock's cellar comes DF2 - this beer was bottle conditioning for a serious amount of time and is finally ready to rumble. It's a choice barrel blend (old) aged on blackberries, blueberries and black raspberries in stainless (for a hot second) and it was blended with a splash of pinot noir rosé at bottling (about 3%). This sour beer has some seriously vinous action going on with it's fruity darkness.
