These are the wines that make Aparte travel around the country looking for the best varieties in their birth place, meaning: Single plot from a classic Terroir. Minimal intervention and adjusted techniques at a winery! It’s all about sense of place.

Nose: Fruity; peach, passionfruit; orange leafs; spices

Palate: Medium body fresh and soft tannins
Winemaking: Mechanical crushing and destemming of grapes and transferred to an open lager. Indigenous yeast fermentation with skin contact for approx 7 days. Blended with Arinto. Gentle pressing to old oak barrels where it completes Malo. Racking before bottling, unfiltered.
