La Crescent


L’Imparfait La Cresent is a collaboration by David McMillan and the Hinterland family. 

A hybrid grape, La Crescent was grown by our friend Edgar Ramirez on his farm in Prince Edward County.

The wine was aged for eight months in clay vessels under after a spontaneous fermentation, 21 days skin contact.
