A blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and Blaufrankish. Pressed directly after crushing. Milan Nestarec's Youngster wines are made in a "nouveau" style - that is, bottled directly after fermentation when the wine is still lively and in some cases effervescent or prickly. Bottled without any additional sulphites. Lifted notes of candied strawberries, salted caramel and a bit of spice on the nose carrying through to the palate.
