Bianco

Description
Le Coste Bianco is a natural white wine made with Malvasia di Candia, Procanico and a small percentage of old local varieties, from the region of Lazio, produced by Le Coste.

Le Coste is a small winery run by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron. They founded it in 2004 and, following the principles of biodynamics, cultivate 6.5 hectares of vineyards combined with olive trees, hazel trees or oaks. It is located near Lago di Bolsena, in an area with volcanic soils, rich in iron and minerals. All the plots are harvested by hand to respect the wholeness of the grapes as much as possible and to ensure they arrive as complete as possible in the cellar.

The vineyards for Le Coste Pizzicante Rosato are planted in soils of volcanic origin, rich in iron and minerals that make the wine fragrant and fresh. They are harvested manually and are between 20 and 50 years old. The grapes ferment with native yeasts and age for two years in 500 litre barrels before bottling.
