Super B 2020

Description
Gamay from the south of Beaujolais, coming from vineyards both in Brouilly and Sarcey whose soils consist mainly of blueschist. Blueschist has a complex makeup including Basalt, Granite, and Limestone. The grapes all see carbonic maceration and time in both fiberglass and old barrels before bottling. This Gamay has all the heart and charm of their Auvergne wines with it’s own uniquely mineral quality. Sweet scented blue fruits with a certain rusticity. This wine has a contrast between the softness of the fruit and the intensly mineral and powdery tannins. Alluring and pensive all at once. - Don't Worry
