As much as we enjoy the pleasures of brewing traditional beer styles we also think it important to find innovative new frontiers that both challenge and excite. In the seriousness of our usual pursuits it can be easy to forget about the elemental reason we do what we do: fun. It is with this in mind that we introduce Godspeed Seltzer. Using green tea from our brewmaster's field in Japan and an exquisite blend of Japanese citrus, our seltzer showcases notes of peppery citrus pith, bartlett pear, and a balanced helping of green tea. Refreshing, bubbly, and bursting with natural ingredients, this gluten-free and low-abv option provides a tasty break from what we're usually pouring.
