Ingredients: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, 20 ppm sulphur  


  • Whole berry, destemmed

  • 14 days semi-carbonic maceration

  • 5-month élevage in neutral oak barrels

  • Unfined, unfiltered and naturally fermented with ambient yeasts

  • 300 cases made

  • Drink now or cellar up to 5 years
