Franz and Christine consider this wine their "house wine". The still white wine is made from all grapes varieties they have planted, including the lesser-known Muscaris, Souvignier Gris, Bronner and a Swiss clone of Cabernet. All white grape varieties are skin-fermented for added complexity, and the final blend is aged in old oak barrels for eight months.
