"100% Grolleau hand-harvested from old-vines planted in 1958 and 1959 atop schist and clay bedrock. The grapes are macerated in whole bunches for about 10-15 days depending on the vintage. They use a slow vertical press, and the wine is an assemblage of free run juices as well as macerated juice. Aged for a short time, 5-6 months on fine lees in fiberglass." -Don't Worry
