Tropical fruit. Dried mango. Intense and complex with notes of almond. Deep orange yellow with coppery tints.

Spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins, without temperature control. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed, the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 months. Aged 42 months in oak barrels.
