Joseph, Anne, Françoise 2018

"This Chenin Blanc is made from grapes of a parcel that belonged to the Haquets sisters Anne and Françoise who, together with their brother Joseph, made natural wine without sulfites in the 50s. Standing strong against the chemical-industrial revolution back then they still inspire the natural winemakers today. Vines were planted on schist soils in two stages, one in 1990 and one in 2014. Grapes are harvested manually and pressed slowly in a vertical press. The wine then spends one year on fine lees in fiberglass." -Don't Worry
