Natural wine from Abruzzo, Central Italy, made from 100% Pecorino organic grapes. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, and low-sulfites. Destemmed, gentle press, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.
The nose is dominated by chamomile flowers, with hints of clay and steely minerality. It has a soft creaminess and a precise and well-balanced tannin structure. On the palate, it is beautifully acidic with an easy-going freshness with hints of spice and delicate fruit notes.
