One bottle each of the following incredible wines:
Verre de Gris - Rosé
80% 48-hours maceration and 20% 30-day maceration. Soft pressing, natural fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel vats. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur. A thirst-quenching rosé that’s dangerously drinkable. A happy wine with a vivacious personality, this vintage that offers a more sustained pink color is fruitier than the previous ones.
Frangin - Red
Natural, whole-bunch (semi-carbonic) fermentation. Three-week “infusion” without punchdowns or pumpovers. Six months of aging and malolactic fermentation in 228 and 400 liter barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur. Fruit, substance and freshness in line with the style of the house.
Frangine - Skin Contact White
This aromatic and expressive wine is always the result of a long skin maceration - 120 days for the 2020 vintage. Natural fermentation and aging in fiberglass. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
