"100% Cabernet Franc from a plot planted in 1956 on the same schist soils that dominate all of Sébastien’s vineyards. Once again, whole bunch maceration. Where Babass used to macerate his Cabernet for 3-4 weeks, he now (since the 2015 vintage) keeps this wine leaner and less brooding by doing a 10 to 15 day maceration. The wine then spends about 10 months on fine lees in fiberglass depending on the vintage." -Don't Worry
