As described by the winery – “A darkish Rosé blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and skin contact Pinot Gris, Gew, Muscat and Riesling. The grapes are organically grown in three distinct vineyard sites in the Okanagan and Similkameen. The grapes were fermented spontaneously in open top fermenters and qvevri, pressed gently into qvevris and neutral barrels and aged on the lees for 7 months. Bottled without any filtering, fining or other additions except a small amount of sulphur (15ppm) for stability. Drink Chilled.”
