Singulier

Description
This dry Alsatian orange is a carbonic maceration coferment of Riesling and Pinot Gris, with 10 days on skins prior to a native ferment in large oak barrels, without any additions. The wine aged for one year on fine lees prior to bottling with a very low level of sulfites. Pouring a slightly hazy, deep gold hue, this medium bodied wine streams grippy apricot and peach skin, orange blossom, and exotic florals along the sleek, saline palate. Very textural and savoury through to the dry finish.
