Superavit is a Latin word that refers to a surplus, commonly used in the economy. After choosing the best barrels each year, the Superavit batch is made at the same time as their classic and taking into account both styles. Their goal is to have an easy wine, full of flavour that doesn’t require food. A few “out of the box” tasting notes makes this wine a great introduction to the brand.
Aromas of lemon, lime zest, quince, basil and honeysuckle.
Foot treading for 2 hours and skin contact for 48-72h. Indigenous yeast fermentation. Gravity decanted to oak where it finished alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Blended 1 month before bottling, unfiltered.
