Zibibbo in Pithos 2020


Zibibbo, the local name for Muscat of Alexandria, sourced from an organic vineyards in Marsala, Sicily. Intense and expressive bouquet, with notes of candied and dried fruits, sweet spices and jasmine. Complex, of great personality, rich and persistent.

Spontaneous fermentation lasting ten to fifteen days with indigenous yeast in amphorae before aging in amphorae for a further six additional months. Skin contact for the grapes as well, giving the wine a amber-yellow hue and mild tannin.
